Paced running sessions on a treadmill and outdoors as part of your training to run a marathon!

Grounding yet energizing session of Hatha Yoga, including a prayer, surya namaskar, various asanas in prone, supine, sitting and standing postures, pranayam and meditation.

NUTRITION

Diet chart for weight gain or weight loss with focus on strengthening your muscles. Nutrition plan based only on natural food with no use of medicines or any other artificial means.

I was introduced to Riya by a mutual friend when I was looking for training resources online during the lockdown. Riya has been a fantastic yoga and physical instructor and I have trained with her for more than a year now.
